I absolutely adore this location. The apartment is well-equipped, with quiet air conditioning and a great TV. It’s also very clean.
There’s a construction site next to the building, and workers can see you from the balcony. If privacy is important to you, this might not be the best option.

The Studio (apartment) is comfortable, clean and functional.
It was embarrassing that my Facial Recognition didn't "work out", every time I arrived I had to call the concierge. And it was very scary when they took me to the Administration room, took a photo of my face on a cell phone and still didn't resolve my access to the building.

Close to bus stops, train station and Pão de Açúcar market. It is a 30-minute walk from Shopping Santa Cruz. Lots of cool shops along the way. The space is perfect for two people. It even has a balcony with a table and sofa. We love it!! The building's entrance has bright benches. Super safe building. There is a small market inside the building with real prices. Gym, gourmet space.
There is no smoking area.
